How God Brought This 'Doubting Thomas' Supernatural Revelation

Author and publisher Neill Russell describes himself as a "doubting Thomas." And that desire to seek out the truth led him into a career as a high school science teacher and now, to be used of God to share the truths of the supernatural realm through his books.

"I didn't believe in the supernatural, just like a lot of people, until God showed me," Russell tells Dr. Steve Greene on a recent episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network. Desperately ill with food poisoning, he suddenly saw a man at the bottom of his bed. "I was not daydreaming, hallucinating," he says. "This was not a vision.

"This was a man at the bottom of my bed with his hands crossed, and I closed my eyes to get a better look," Russell says. "And he was gone. And I started to chuckle. 'Lord, why did You show me my angel now?' And I named my angel Ariel.

"Ariel is the name of the angel in [my book] Wiles of the Devil. ... I saw him," he adds. "A Jew needs a sign; I'm 100% Jewish. I saw my angel. Now. I have total peace that he's right here with me no matter where I go."

That confidence in the existence of the supernatural has guided Russell in the writing and publishing of books that include a No. 1 Amazon end-times bestseller, Newton's Riddle, a fictional account of Sir Isaac Newton's question to discover when Jesus would return, and his most recent, Wiles of the Devil 2020, a prequel to the first book. Wiles of the Devil 2020 explores the recent election crisis, COVID-19 and more.

"I have to visualize for my audience what's going on in the supernatural realm," Russell says. "And so the angels are telling the story; they're telling the story of exactly what just happened with our elections, what's going to happen in the very near future. ... That's the part that we don't hear. We don't hear about the planning and scheming that goes on in the spiritual realm."
